GOVERNANCE OF INSTITUTE

The President of India is the visitor of the Institute.

The functioning of the Institute is governed by a Board of Governors.

FUNCTIONARIES OF THE INSTITUTE

DIRECTOR :The Director is the principal academic and executive officer of the Institute and is responsible for the proper administration and academic performance of the Institute and for imparting of instructions and maintenance of discipline therein.

DEAN: The Dean assists the Director in academic and administrative work and in maintaining liaison with other institutions of higher learning and research and also with other industrial undertakings.

REGISTRAR : The Registrar looks after the day to day administration, financial, purchase and examination functions of the Institute. The Registrar also acts as the Secretary of the Board, the senate and such committees as prescribed in the statutes to the Institute.
